The Colt Junior was Colt's second attempt at a .25 caliber Vest Pocket size pistol. The components for these guns were manufactured by Astra (Spain) for Colt. The importation of these pistols ceased with the 1968 GCA. The earliest examples were manufactured with black plastic grips and later examples were fitted with checkered walnut grips with Colt medallions.
